The College Student's Networking Success Formula
In this fast paced, fun program, participants are given the tools to successfully build and maintain mutually-beneficial relationships that give them access to information, resources, support, opportunities, and people. Every college student should have the chance to experience this program and walk away with the tools for a lifetime of success.

This is a very popular program. It adapts the strategies and techniques presented in my book, The Networking Success FORMULA, for College Students. It is often said that, "success or failure in live will be determined by the people with whom you spend your time." Well, this program was designed to help your students learn how to identify, meet, and add the best people to their network so they can then leverage the network to achieve greatness.

The Leadership Factor
This powerful, purpose-driven program turns ordinary college students into extraordinary leaders. Throughout the program, participants are challenged to explore their own strengths in the six factors critical to the development of a leader: attaining the servant attitude, setting the vision, communicating inspiration, picking the right people, focusing on the important rather than the merely urgent, and setting the example.

This program grew out of the lessons I have learned from my own experience leading teams and organizations to create a leadership model that is both practical and effective. In a time where leadership is in such short supply, this is a program that should be attended by every college student.

Diversity: Building Bridges For Better Results
This program uses warmth and humor to engage college students in a discussion of the serious issues involving diversity. Participants have the opportunity to explore learned bias and investigate the psychological basis for resistance to diversity. They are then challenged to take on a new perspective and generate concrete ways in which they can use diversity to create an environment for success.

This is my newest program for college students and the fraternity/sorority audience. It is the result of years of reflection. It approaches diversity from a new perspective. Members are first introduced to the cost of discrimination and harassment. They are challenged to recognize that opportunities for rejecting or embracing diversity are all around us. By the end of the program, participants conclude that their choice is no longer just about doing the right thing or doing the moral thing, it's about tapping into the synergy that comes from diversity to improve their lives and the lives of everyone around them.

Mr. Hernandez is a true example of the American dream. He came to the United States at the age of seven, with no money and without knowing a word of English. Even though the odds were against him, Joe not only became the first in his family to graduate from college, but also went on to obtain a Master's degree in Computer Science and later a law degree. Over the years he has worked with some of the top companies in such diverse industries as information technology, management consulting, sales, real estate, and law. Joe has led teams and served on several Boards. A past president of the Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Attorneys, He is an accomplished trial attorney who is now the head of his own law firm. He has presented to numerous associations and colleges. Joe has also taught courses as an adjunct professor at Northeastern University and Boston University School of Law. He is the author of two books, The Networking Success FORMULA and From the Classroom to the Corner Office.
